"I did a cleaning job here today and the front desk attendant let me walk in the building without stopping me and/or notifying me about the parking pass. Which resulted in my car being towed for a 40min job."

"They have a bad bed bug infestation and aren’t doing anything about it they don’t fix anything you don’t want to live here"

"This place is a disaster.. Management don’t care about the residents and in the summer, like right now the air doesn’t work so you’ll be in there sweating and panting for air and it’s 90 degrees outside.. Think twice before coming there."

"Bolton House Apartments is a very nice place to live and the price is very good with all utilities included. It's close to downtown and Charles Street communities, 3 minute walk to the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall as well as residential parking. From some of the bad reviews I've seen, there's always some room for improvement, but I've been here with my two boys, one who has a disability and this place is the best place for him to live in comparison to other apartments that don't know the residents or tenants personally."

"The worst. Roaches everywhere, nothing works. You have to wait years for simple things like closet door to be replaced. The only good thing about this building is the heavy doors and locks which are needed other wise the folks that’s been living here for 10 plus year will be in your taking what they want... (they know how to break in) also the public transportation and location are great but the building. Run!"
