"Lived here for 13 months. Used to be great in the beginning but the ownership switched companies and the new management is terrible. Had dishwasher broken for 2 months and no replacement or follow up. Heard of packages being stolen. Just moved out (thank god). After you call for anything, they say they will get back to you but never follow up. My two friends live in Chasen's other buildings and they are experiencing the same things. If you can avoid, avoid all chasen buildings because they will just take your money and not actually properly manage the properties they are supposed to."
