"Poor management! You can put in work order into the office by call, written or in person that needs to be done and they give you the run around. They have vacant apartments being used to sell drugs, no communication with tenants, the rats around the property, Tennant food has gone bad because they had not replaced the refrigerator, unsafe living arrangements, Hallway is dirty and stinks do to lottery in the buildings and the hallway at 1502 Pennsylvania Avenue as being pitch black with no lights for 2 weeks when it started to snow and people are knocking on tenants door so you can open ur door to be harm cause you can't see anything. Office replies okay will put a ticket in, will be out, oh! Got to order another kind of bulb, 2 weeks and today 1/29/24 got to get an electrician out and be safe when I fell cause I didn't see the steps too dark. Woodland Street Apartment I have been here for 22 years and these past 5 years have gotten so uncouth with management and health issues."

"I started writing a review this morning & then the manager called ! So, I recanted because I don’t like doing these especially bad ones !! My A/C / heating unit has been an ongoing issue since I movers in the unit! I have been emailing, calling in reference to my air for weeks/ months. I eventually thought it was fixed because I got so fed up I started watching YouTube videos !! However, all I did was simply put a band aid over it because my A/C would shut off again after two weeks. The manager of the property reached out to me today and said they would be out Wednesday to fix my A/C and that she will provide me with fans. After waiting two hours for a box fan The maintenance guy opened my door. I heard no knock nor did anyone call my phone. Brought two fans and one of them had a dead rodent ( mouse ) I will be contacting a lawyer TODAY !!! I appreciate the wonderful customer service from Mr. Charles and Ms. Myrea because they just doing there part and been very helpful to me when I needed ot but this is in humane"

"Since moving here the staff has been amazing. Recently they all came out to do a little community clean up and it was very inspiring to see. You don’t see or hear about a lot of rental offices doing that. These guys are awesome."

"“ I knew what I signed up for ” was the mindset I had when getting this as my first place as a teen parent because of the area, But Hunny Between Maintenance & (Leasing Office : Mr.C, Ms.M & Ms.S) I can guarantee They arent Sumlords or Unfair. They actually have compassion and even help with resources. Ive had a tough personal life change when I moved here but Theyve become family in my eyes. Dont let some of these negative remarks fool you. Its about your respect for them and how you carry things."

"I moved in a few months back and love it. My apartment was clean with new appliances and cabinets in the kitchen. Bathroom but could some work but I can live with it. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. Maria in office is wonderful. I'm happy and safe."
