"This company deserves a negative amount of stars, but unfortunately in order to post you have to give a rating. Whatever you do please do not rent from this company. They have multiple properties and each one is dilapidated; mice and roach infested. The landlord and management are not concerned with any of the issues with their properties. Maintenance tries their best, but they can only do what they are instructed to do and what’s afforded to them by management. Preventative maintenance is foreign to them. They are neither proactive or reactive."

"Don't i repeat do not move here unless you a got a good long income the price is to high the living arrangements is poor , they don't fix anything until after the fact something in your apartment will be broke and stay broke for weeks , months , even years they have a bug infestation problem any type of bug you think it's here and they don't and won't do anything about it no matter how much you complain about anything it just won't be fixed the community is bad as hell it's just not worth living here for the amount this owner charges you and the neighbors you have here are nosey and complains and lies on you if they want you gone the manager is lazy and barely does anything about anything the owner doesn't do anything but raise the price for living in this dump and this is coming from a person who lived and sadly still lives here for years if you want your dream home house or even somewhere temporary TRUST AND BELIEVE ME WHEN YOU READ THIS , HONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT not one penny don't believe anything they will tell you they just want your money boo , DON'T DO IT TURN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL HAVE YOUR MONEY TO A BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE YOU IN DEBT have a nice day and if you still decided to move here remember what I told you because you did that to yourself goodbye I tried to warn you and I am not being over dramatic it's the god heavenly truth."
