"0/10 - zero stars- save your money - We signed our lease in June 2022, Lisa, below us, moved in a month later. Lisa started complaining on us to Bethany about my son walking, jumping in his jumper, using his Walker, my vacuuming literally everything. She would bang on the ceiling while I would clean so I would stop. She did this too often. This continued and we received several notices of ‘noise complaints’ even on days we weren’t home. Come December, after many emails later, I went downstairs to confront Lisa and address this issue because all of these complaints that were coming were ridiculous knowing that we had an infant who was just learning to walk, she knew this. As did Bethany when we moved in. around November is when I address this issue with Lisa, I confronted her in the hallway when she came in the building and asked her why she is continuing to complain when she knows it’s my son, we got into a screaming match in the hall and we went our separate ways. A couple minutes later, La Plata Police Department rolls in the complex, Lisa has called the cops on me saying that I was harassing her. Nothing was ever done; because nothing happened, didn’t do police report, didn’t follow up with me. Nothing. Later that evening, we receive an email from Bethany stating we are being evicted due to complaints and our move out date was the second week of January 2023. This was right before Christmas, our sons first birthday and all. I called Bethany multiple times where she was very rude and dismissed me saying “she didn’t need to talk to me because I was no longer a tenant” lol ok. Talked to a lawyer where we gave him literally everything from the time we got to the apartment, to every single complaint Lisa made. We had access to these emails because I reported Blackstone to BBB, after they did their investigation they uploaded every email that Lisa has sent to Bethany complaining on us. She complains about creeks and structural things that we have absolutely no control over and Bethany continued to let her harass us. ( this is public record that YOU can see on BBB) during this time my husband and I were looking at houses to buy, we didn’t plan to buy yet but with the situation we felt we were stuck between a rock and a hard place especially with the rental market how it is. Fast forward to “eviction day”, we didn’t leave as it was an illegal eviction, cops never served us, it was never filed with courts, it was pure intimidation on Bethany and Forrest’s end. We put in maintenances request when we first moved in about the air as it would be 78 in our apartment with the air set at 70. That never got fixed within the time we were there, when we moved in we were also promised that new decks would be installed by summer, that didn’t happen. They tell you what you wanna hear so they can get your money and then let other tenants harass you. In February 23, we finally left the apartment because we bought our home and Lisa was STILL complaining and making up lies to Bethany saying I was ‘chasing’ her grandson and literally crazy stuff. We never received our deposit back and it’s been 6 months and Lisa is STILL complaining daily on the new tenants that took our spot. We have photos and videos of how we left the apartment in the same condition as when we moved in. It’s funny how karma works but I just want people aware of this horrible management company. They only care about your money and it shows. Please save your family the mental, physical and emotional stress of living in these apartments. Nothing will get fixed and they tell you lies to make you happy and get you to shut up. I really just don’t want other families to go through what we did as this wasn’t even the half. It has taken me so long to write this review because I really just don’t have the time, I have a toddler and a new house but after visiting old friends in the apartment and learning that Lisa is still complaining and Bethany is still allowing her it just seems absolutely ridiculous that Bethany lets her tenants harass others and does not care"
"Extremely unhelpful. Submitted an alteration request on Blackstone's website. Says the request will be approved or denied by board of directors within 60 days. No response. Contacted board of directors and Blackstone MULTIPLE times and they gave no help. Blackstone claims to have no way to contact the board of directors to see the status of the alteration application. Makes no sense since the alteration request is submitted through their website. Blackstone needs to take more accountability for the way they "manage" their associations. NO HELP AT ALL. Refuse to do their jobs and customer service representatives seem like they don't care at all. Extremely awful service."
"Horrible service. They only lasted a few months before we kicked them out. They will come up with all kinds of stories to rip you off your hard earned money and under deliver. Don’t believe the hype and the fancy website. Do your research before hiring them please. Below is a copy of a 1 star review from 5 years ago by someone named Jeff. They still do the exact same thing 5 years later and come up with stories and technicalities. There’s a particular male rep that likes to listen to himself talk rather than try to offer help. What are they getting paid for again? Offer help to homeowners or give you a thousand excuses as to why they can’t help or oh it’s your fault. “Unresponsive company, except to point out how everything is ALWAYS someone else's fault. No, that's not in our contract. We don't manage that. Oh we subcontracted that. No your HOA board is responsible for that...what exactly do these people collect money for? They never seem to do anything or respond to concerns and yet they are ever-ready to shift the blame to someone else, because Lord knows they are incompetent towards resolving anything so you might as well hope it really is someone else's fault that might make it right.”"

Anything I need Blackstone Management always provide. Nothing like a management company that is understanding and is willing to help but also listen. Thank you Blackstone Management you ROCK!"
"I want to Thank the Maintenance technician named Brian, He is a Hard Worker, Polite, Courteous & Efficient, he has wonderful work ethics. When Brian is here at 310 Caroline Dr he is steady working, he keeps any and all debris out of all Tenants way , keeps hallways clear. He is very helpful to everyone here. Brian is a Great Asset to Blackstone Management. We all here Appreciate Brian & his hard & efficient work Standards. Thank you Brian.. you are the Best !!!"
