"I have family living at this complex. This is unreal how they treat their tenants. No gas for months equals no heat. My family bought heaters to for heat and the outlet can't support it. My family is cooking on hotplate in the living room since that is the only outlet that works. No washer machine for months. This is crazy.. i can go on and on... I think this place needs to be reported. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Fix it and do it quickly.. shameful. Place to live."

"This place refuses to do any type of maintenance work. My washer and dryer hasn’t worked for 2.5 years and we’ve been living with black mold growing in our bathroom vanity due to a leaking pipe for 4 months now and it has caused me to develop asthma. At this point I’m considering taking legal action because NOTHING will get done otherwise"

"It has been unpleasant. It takes months for maintenance requests to be answered. Most of them are not. I had a gas leak and suffered gas poisoning and almost died within my first month of living there. The issue did not get fixed until 5 months later. The dryer never work. The washer was broken for 6 months and never got fixed. It took 1 month to get a working refrigerator. The hot water did not work. Their employees broke my furniture and stole my items when they came in. Then they had the nerve to tell me they are not responsible for broken items."

"My Mother has been living in this development for over 25yrs. The past 5yrs has been horrific.My mother faithfully pays her rent on time. which an substantial yearly increase. She put in a maintenance request to have her washer & dryer replaced. Due to her washing machine doesn't drain the water after the spin cycle she has to dry her clothes for more than an hour because of the excessive water. The dryer isn't working causing her to run it over and over again just to dry one load of clothes. Which causes an increase in her electric & water bill Her garbage disposal stopped working over 8mos ago. The smell is horrific, The fan in her bathroom stopped working, causing mildrew to grow around her bathroom ceiling as well her tub. There's holes coming through her walls in the bedroom due to the beams poking through from the roof. She's contacted Carlisha Watkins, ARM Property Manager & Alicia Powell Assist Manager via email several times. Only to be told to put in a maintenance request. My mother put in several request over the pass 8mos. None of the issues has been addressed. My mother's windows need to be replaced A.S.A.P due to screens are no longer lined up with the windows. Which causes bugs to enter into her home. Her windows are very hard to put up and down. Nothing has been done concerning her request for maintenance. Yet her rent goes up with extra fees for gas, water, maintenance fees. I'm going to post pictures on social media of the condition of my mother's home. Along with the lack & concern from management."

"Do not move here. It's as simple as that. the images on the site are misleading. The community is dirty and unkempt. The staff doesn't not communicate well to one another. when we arrived to the location the apartment was far from ready. We had to stay at a hotel for additional days, only to return to the location that was still dirty with damages. The fridge was broken and what they considered, "aesthetic discrepancies" made the apartment look as if we were living in a section 8 but still paying high rent rates. The water was brown and the maintenance team was very relaxed and lacked urgency when we placed an emergency request about our tub overfilling from the handle falling off. they do completely rushed, half a** jobs. The entire experience was so bad that we were able to nullify our lease and immediately relocate. Do NOT waste your time living here, it will be the most miserable and STRESSFUL situation"
