"I have lived here for 3 years now, and I enjoy living at New Forest Court Apartments. They respond in a timely fashion whenever I make a request. Management is always helpful whenever I have any questions, and they keep the appearance of the complex very manicured."

I've always had a good experience with management, maintenance was very quick to respond to any problem (usually within the same day!), and communications were constant and clear from management. Thanks for letting me call this my home for two years. Highly recommend!"

"The apartment has really good bones, and some upgrades, but was not cleaned prior to my move in. When communicating with the office, they insisted that it was cleaned, although it may not be to my personal standards. There was a lot of pubic hair in the master shower, and grime everywhere. They did send the cleaning crew back out to clean. When they said they were done, it looked as if they did nothing. I ended up just paying a cleaning company to come in and deep clean it for me. Cushman should re-evaluate their vendors and do walk throughs to ensure it meets company standards (because I just cannot believe that my apartment did). No one should be forced to move into someone else dirt. It's just down right nasty. Other than that I have no complaints."

Madison, Christina, Norma, Candace, Obanna are all helpful and show great customer service all the time. They have been very patient with me during COVID and I am so grateful to them for that. Never have I had a problem since I've stayed here with my apartment, with the grounds or anyone in the office. This has been a great experience for me! Thanks, GT."
