"Worst apartment to live at. The rent kept going up. Had issues and took them awhile to fix things.New Management does not know what they are doing."
"Weed smoke seeps through the vents and can smell so strong, it's like the smokers are right in your living room. They don't enforce the "drug-free community" policy. Neither do they care when breezeways are flooded with loitering teenagers. Some staff are blatantly unprofessional. Rent rises significantly every renewal period. Water doesn't stay hot for long. Residents are not allowed to use the outdoor storage areas for unknown reasons, although storage space is labeled as part of the apartment on their website. Maintenance leaves things they move in your home out of place whenever they come in to do work."
"I have enjoyed this community so far and hope to continue enjoying it for as long as my family is here. Neighbors are friendly and the office staff as well. I would highly recommend living here. The closeness of the community will definitely make you feel welcome."
"I did not know this was Section 8 housing. I wish I was told before I took the day off work and drove an hour. Even on the website it says one has to make a "minimum" of roughly 48k per year. These people need to work on their vocabulary. It is a maximum apparently."
"These apartments are pretty great. Great price for what you get. Nice flooring and carpet even though some of the floor panels don't match up. Also, some of our door frames have chew marks that were just painted over and not filled and painted. Everyone in out building is nice. The location is safe. I love our apartment. For the most part, these apartments are great, just a few things that arent perfect. Overall, they're great starter or low income apartments."
