"Stay far away from this apartment complex. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but windows and insulation is not. I'm constantly hearing everything and everyone around us and above all the time. Footsteps, conversations, kids running by. The windows are thin and let in a lot of heat. Neighbors are kind and friendly. Wish we could say that the apartment itself is half as nice. In addition to the noises, the AC is constantly leaking or is squeaking, and I'm always having to add repair requests. Ernest is great, but he's overworked, and not able to keep up with demand on his own. The kitchen is also tiny, and my wife and I are constantly having to squeeze by one another. Don't waste your time with this place unless they're willing to put in time and money for renovations."

"I seen there was a really cool looking unit and I scheduled a appointment with my boyfriend to check out building 3224 and beside the right building I noticed flys eating something on the ground which seemed to be dried up poop? If that wasn’t bad enough I continued to walk down the sidewalk behind the building and seen a mountain of what I assume was dog poop. I immediately walked back to my car and will never recommend this place to anyone. I know management can’t do much but maybe add more dog poop stations but as renters it’s our responsibility to clean up after our furry friends, if you can’t pick up after your pet maybe you don’t deserve one. Please do better in your community and be a better dog parents."

"DLR was an excellent place for me to live. I had no major issues with the apartment. It was presented nice and clean when I moved in and I did my best to make sure the same for the company. If given the opportunity to stay here again in the future and it was necessary - I would. The community is quiet, safe and overall pleasant to live at. Due to life circumstances and issues happening all at once, I had to part ways. But overall UDR and its staff have been wonderful."

"Those interested or even looking at leasing/living here CAUTION! A sense of security is not what you will find here. These posted pictures show you just what I saw as I came to the door to check on weather. This was a Saturday morning and there was NO communication of any sort of work that was going to be happening. Property manager just blamed anyone but herself. All I get is a sloppy apology that I had to ask for! School-age kids are walking through the property at all times and messing around. If the sense of safety and security isn't enough they rope you in then jack up your rent the following year. their specials on year 2 lease are not specials. To have guests at the pool you have to pay! It may look like a cheaper option but I caution you all. I was not told the truth about amenities available when I moved in and seeked out the amenities which were non-existent. There's far more BS than meets the eye. Keep on looking, trust me!"
