"Ive been living here since July of last year and love the community and office staff. My leasing agent Angel was a pleasant and helpful as her name suggests. I would love to give a 5 stars but the maintenance requests system could be improved."

"Asked to speak to brookstone director management said they would set it up only to find out they would tell the director but never inform us and made it look like we werent showing up to the meetings we requested. Check your bill you get charges that they cant even explain. Rent gets raised after a year. Got sued for non payments which was false only to find out they misplaced them and dismissed my case.they even said they would have it expunged but they didn't Embarrassing! Paying gated community prices and can't even get a someone to look at a broken kitchen sink for months. Fridge not working and told to call the frigeration company and figure it out. Happy to be out of that trap Edit: soo can yall expunge me and my husband's now records for failure to pay when it was not true. We were told it would be paid for and taken care of and never was. That is my only concern"

"It’s been 3 months and i have been working with the property manager and property associate angel and Anika and my experience has been awful. They charged my account over $300 for water which was fine but turned out it didn’t go to water company. Water company shuts my water off so we have no water or sewage (this was the summer by the way) for a whole day. I call the water company and they explain how i pay them directly (which was only $60) and not the leasing agency. So i pay the bill and the leasing agency has yet to give me my money back from a from the $3xx they charged me and can’t explain why they charged me that. don’t pay anything to them but your rent! The other charges are fake and will have you with your utilities off"

"I had a tour scheduled for 10:00 am, and I made a call to inform the owner that I would be running 5 minutes late. However, nobody answered, which should have raised a red flag for me. Despite this, I still drove for an hour and 30 minutes to reach the location, as I had scheduled the tour with the owner on Saturday. It is now 10:18 am as I write this review, and I am sitting in my car, waiting for the owner to at least have the courtesy to give me a call. I tried calling seven times, but no one answered. I also rang the doorbell at the leasing office multiple times, but received no response. This experience is a clear indication of a major problem. My time and gas have been wasted."

"There was a leasing agency that originally managed this area before it was replaced by their current agents. The new management are doing their absolute best to make sure all tenants are adjusting properly to the shift and yes there have been a few bumps along the road, for us specifically, however Doretha is a wonderful agent. She is doing her absolute best to make sure all of our questions are answered and if we do have any issues that arise, she does her best to get it resolved. As for the maintenance aspects, Justin is a wonderful man and makes sure the job is done correctly and efficiently. As I said before, there have been a few bumps in the road during our move-in but the new leasing company is doing their best for us and I feel heard and seen. I really do appreciate them!! The townhomes are absolutely stunning and the staff are just as great."
