"The the listing agent, Telia Thorne, was unprofessional and clearly was biased in presenting her "sis" (I believe the lady said they were sorority sisters") contract offer to the owner, and told her what to do, how to get financing, where to go, and ALL in front of me and another potential buyer. I submitted an offer within the time frame that went above the asking price, and the very next day the condo was pulled "off the market" and now put back up under "Contingency". In the interim, my agent called and emailed her several times, and she ignored all forms of communication. Clearly, no one else ever had a chance as she ignored other offers, calls, and texts PRIOR to accepting an offer with a Contingency. Also, the lady said that her "sis" was her agent AND the listing agent, so Ms. Thorne was clearly driven by the idea of double-dipping on both sides of the commission. Last FACT, I submitted my offer with a pre-approval letter that is now fully "Certified" with all my financials already verified by the lender. Where are the ethics to business and the home owner. I doubt the other person offered a contract with a clause to go above the asking price, and was NOT pre-approved as the listing agent said was "required" to attain in order to be considered....Yet, the contract accepted has contingencies. SMDH P.S. No need for Telia to respond to my agents at this point. I've advised them that I'm taking my business and home search elsewhere."

"Absolutely the most unprofessional firm I’ve ever dealt with. Will not respond to questions about a closing that has already gone into default because the agent “doesn’t work weekends” even though it’s now end of day Tuesday with no response. Did not send appraisal information until two days before closing (appraiser was there 2 weeks prior) stating that we had to jump through hoops to get a picture behind the stove which involves getting a contractor to unhook the stove and then hook it back up for the appraiser to close. And then there was no communication until AFTER the closing was supposed to be done that the buyer could not complete as promised. Do NOT deal with this company, do not accept an OFFER from anyone working at this company."
