I've visited the facility 4 times and on my last visit for updated info I was told my sister in law wasn't on the waiting list. Messages go unanswered. Never can reach anyone by phone. Just looking for a response."

"I’ve been here two years now and for the most part things are ok, but when you have a problem thing go down hill quickly. I need a new kitchen faucet, so I purchased one from Amazon, thinking that the maintenance staff could install it. WRONG!! Management tells me it’s against their policy. I’m in a wheelchair and have a hard time with the hard to reach and very stiff faucet. But they can’t help me. I’m a very unhappy camper.!!!"
