"The location of the building feels safe and quiet with easy metro access to the closest stop on the Orange/Silver/Blue lines (South Capitol is the closest station), Green Line (Navy Yard station), and Red Line (Union Station). The area is very walkable and close to a few places to eat or grab a drink, Eastern Market, & grocery stores (Trader Joes & Whole Foods). It is also close to the National Mall & Capitol which is great if you like running. Abdul helps everyone in this building making him a favorite of the tenants. He is always so helpful and quick to respond in a moment of need! His customer service makes him such a gem!"

"Update (a/o 1/31/24): I’m moving out today and what an incredible year it’s been. 215 C St. was the perfect place to spend as a first-time DC resident! Appreciate Abdul helping make moving out such a breeze by taking a ton of stuff off my hands that I was going to donate. Glad the team implemented better security for packages to put residents more at ease with future deliveries. Going to miss it here; some wonderful memories were made! Just moved in; loving it—amazing interiors and close to literally everything (train, stores, shops, etc) also great to have Abdul here; kindest maintenance person I’ve ever met. So looking forward to the rest of my time here!"

"I lived at 215 C St for one year and had an excellent time! Super walkable, close to parks, countless dining locations and the historic Capitol Hill area! Moving in and out was a breeze thanks to Abdul our friendly building manager. He is really a gem, and was there anytime something was wrong in the apartment or building overall. Every morning he’s also there with a smile :-) Abdul also arranged for my move in and move out making it easy on my busy schedule. Can’t say enough how much I appreciated his professionalism and kindness this past year. The community here is really lovely and I would highly recommend staying in this perfect mix of residential and city life."

"As usual, when there are normal maintenance problems that arise, Abdul is by far the most responsive and hardest working guy on the job. He is just a quick text or phone call away. My AC had been leaking under the carpet without me knowing and he came in and fixed it instantly. And also the rust stain from the damage. Without missing a beat, he came in with all of his equipment and fixed it so fast! This kind of response and care from him over the past year is why I know I will renew my lease here."
