"Absolutely unacceptable for an apartment in this area and at this price idk if they truly care about there tenants or not I have an apartment on the 1st floor it's completely infested with mice and huge jumping bugs I have no clue what they are spiders maybe big bodies long 4 legged creatures I just got home from work right now and I had to kill 10 of them I'm just sitting in my chair scared to sleep waiting to see if I see more they come from behind the radiator there's holes there that they refuse to fill no reason I should be waiting a year for these fixes if I die from a bug bite I will sue. the water pressure low I have to run the water 10-15min for it to get hot this is not a good place to live do I have to get a lawyer to help me or what"

"Please be aware that eaves Tunlaw Gardens makes you pay at the end of your rent for deficiencies in your unit that are caused by the building aging and deterioration. The buildings were built in the 1900s and have not been cared since then. All the cracks and leakage through the walls, tubs, etc.. start to appear and the resident is being forced to pay for the repairs under the statement “it was not here when you moved in”. I enjoyed living here and it is very sad to end up like these. Please be alerted and covered for this"

"Eaves has been the best place I’ve lived in DC. The apartments are spacious, renovated and full of light. Their staff is kind, responsive and treats you like family. Office is open great hours for support, and maintenance responds quickly to any request. Terrence and his team are the absolute best, always going above and beyond for the residents. Highly recommend for anyone looking to live in Glover Park or the Georgetown area!"
