"THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I’ve been living here less than a year and they’ve started charging me late fees when I pay within the first five days but they put my money orders through late in order to charge me a late fee. They’ve tried taking me to court multiple times for “failure to pay” and now they’re lying about my monthly payment on court documents."

"The women in the leasing department are amazing. But the pest control company are horrible. We have a constant pest problem including rodents and insects. They also refuse to take the garbage out of the dumpster out back so everything smells like trash. Ppl sell crack in front of complex and I cut my foot on glass in front of the building"

"This is my first apt and the leasing manager was great. She was there from the start until I moved in and after. The office staff is friendly and helpful with anything you need. Nice apt with huge closets and great location. Parking is included and a lot of trees. I would tell all my friends to move here. I looked at a lot of other apts before I came here and orchard gardens by far was the best because I felt like I was finally at home!!!!"

"The customer service from Ms. Parker is phenomenal, The apartments looks very nice and super spacious. the issue that i have with this property is the high influx of Crack heads and some of the residents. I moved in on the first, and I've already had two run ins with junkies standing in front of my door, pee in the walk ways from the junkies, and last but not least someone stole the tags off of my car. i would recommend living here only if you work close or have roommates."
