Foxchase Apartments

"How is it here? It’s eh. The main issue I have with this place is parking. You pay for general lot parking which is understandable but it seems like they assign more parking passes than they have parking spots. If you pay to park in the parking lot then you shouldn’t have a problem finding a spot. That leads to people parking on corners, perpendicular to the flow of traffic and any other way they can, legal or not, just to park. On top of that the spaces are so tight you can barely get out of your car. My Mercedes has over 13 dings and scratches from car doors and other things hitting it in a reserved spot. My van has paint from other cars on it after they hit it with their door. It’s gotten to the point where I’m going to contact a lawyer to see what can be done about the residents and management because I’m not going to kick out thousands of dollars to fix the damage done to my vehicles. Not only that but delivery trucks block both reserved and non reserved parking spots and I’ve seen the grounds keepers hit car bumpers with weed wackers and lawn mowers. The other issue was mice but after pest control failed to get rid of them I took matters in my own hands and got rid of them in a week."

"I have been living here for almost 4 years now. I used to like it here but lately there are so many non resident people getting into the building smoking weed on the stairs, trying to get into the laundry at anytime. I have been calling the police many times. The maintenance they kept saying the door is safe and there is no way to open it without key. But those non resident they keep getting in. Honestly I don’t feel safe here anymore."

"I’ve lived here for about month now.i was concerned because of the reviews but someone recommended it and with the apartment renovations it’s worth was worth for me. My experience has been positive so far. Maintaince has been nice and helpful and responses in a timely fashion. My only issue is the if you forget your key you can’t get into the building and it’s a $100 per lock out. They have call boxes but you can’t use them to unlock the door. That’s my only issue. The location and neighborhood are perfect. Especially if you live alone. Super dog friendly and I recommend this place."

"I’m basing my review on the quality service from the office Patrice is outstanding. Are usually text her because I can’t talk on the phone at work and she responds promptly The two level -two bedroom two bathroom and den are very spacious! For the location and the size of the apartment you can’t beat it. The place is quiet at least my building. I have never seen a bug and I just moved in but my sister has lived in the older not renovated apartments over a year and it was great in another building off Taney ave. The buildings are older, but the newly renovated kitchens are very nice and bathrooms. They could do some work on the hallways if you want to be picky and inside some of the paint seems to have stuck to the door I must’ve been closed before it was dry but other than that I am pleasantly pleased. Thank you!"

"Foxchase Apartments is perfect for me. I moved here in August 2022. I love the clean and simple design of my apartment. Foxchase is also centrally located for my two jobs and anything I need. The Foxchase staff (Damon, Dylan, Kelvin, and all of the maintenance staff that I have interacted with) are super friendly and helpful. I always wave and say hello to maintenance staff when I see them or pass by and they always do the same. My second job requires me to go to many different homes, condos, and apartments and compared to others, I am very pleased with the welcoming feel, the amenities, and people here. They keep everything so well maintained too. I am so thankful that I chose Foxchase Apartments and would highly recommend living here."
