"- units are nice for the most part. Some can be a bit of a walk to get to due to the building design. - parking garage was nice, do have some issues here with cars getting messed with or the gate getting broken down to gain access to the garage by outsiders up to no good. - management for the most part was nice and helpful when I was here . Non-management staff were hit or miss, most of them were rude and lazy. - location is nice for things around these units for shopping and restaurants. - inside and office was always clean and organized. - never had issues with packages getting stolen or messed with. - never had issues with neighbors, everyone was respectful and nice. - didn't have to fight for elevator access much, everyone was nice other than the few random entitled humans that think they are someone special. " Have them everywhere you go lol" - overall I honestly enjoyed my stay here other than the walk to my unit was so long. - I would have stayed here for my 3rd year if the prices didn't jump up so much."

"the only reason im giving 2 stars is due to my actual unit, it does seem older when you look at the literal cracks, yet im satisfied to an EXTENT. the space and hard wood floors are clutch, yet the owner clearly cut corners with the black appliances its really mind boggling that any residence created after 2015 claiming to be "updated" wouldn't have stainless steel appliances. but this place has been an overall inconvenience to my life in every way since I've moved here, from the 2 week broken gate cycle, "security" system needing updating constantly(almost got locked in the staircase outside) to the weekly elevator breaking where i literally got stuck in and had to call 911, and there's more. so ill be leaving before my lease is up. This may sound contradicting but its not THAT bad, i just have a WAY higher living standard than most."

"I love the location and everything. I currently was a resident left Aug 2. I still haven’t received my security deposit yet. I called and no one seems to be able to help me even management. It’s been more than 45 days. I’m about to go to court because this is unacceptable."

"I went to multiple apartments buildings to find a home. The guided tour with Janiah really was great! We had loads to questions and she was able to answer all of them. The office leasing staff Janiah, Mikala, Bryan, and The Maintenance crew have all been outstanding. There was a issue but the leasing office went above and beyond to resolve it for me. I got a great view, quiet here like 95% of the time, neighbors are friendly and courteous. The amenities are beautiful. There is a lot of dog owners not picking up their dog’s waste but no worse than the townhomes where I rented before. There are at three dog potty stations handy with waste bags so no excuse. Not the Beacons buildings fault. Lovely place to live."

"My family member just most recently moved here. It's a bit confusing with the address if you are trying to take a ride share, however the leasing office is located on the side by the parking garage not directly off of the street. It seems to be very secure as far as getting in and out with your key fob. Very clean. Some of the hallway are dusty, and I probably need a just cleaning. I did notice that some of the doors on the apartments were shipping as far as the paint. Maybe they will get around to going through and doing a Fresh coat of paint over the doorways. Otherwise the unit are spacious and nice. No linen closet inside a two-bedroom. I thought that was kind of odd but other than that they seem to be pretty decent. There are mostly black appliances no updated stainless steel appliances which was kind of a negative. The community as a whole seems to be pretty Pleasant and quiet although you may live next door to someone who has a dog and it just barks all night long that's a bit annoying we heard a barking dog. But it is definitely a clean, environment for renting and leasing purposes."
