"Anthony and Malcolm are responsive and skillful people. The building is clean overall. I also like the events leasing office organizes. I wish the coffee machine was free of charge like it used to be."

"I have lived here for 3 years and can't wait to move. The building was bought by Bozzuto Management which I was hoping would make a huge difference but unfortunately not. Pros: the location is prime but lots of other apartments in the area with better amenities and security Cons: -This building has ZERO security. People let people in ALL the time at night especially the homeless or leave the loading dock wide open. My car got broken into and when I asked about security footage, NONE OF THE CAMERAS WORKED! $150 to park and $3K+ in rent but anyone can access the building including garage - On this...packages are constantly stolen with no oversight -The building was previously owned by another company that never charged an amenity...now there is one? For 0 amenities? There used to be free coffee but in an attempt to money grab they charge for it now. - Gym is SO outdated, small, and closes at 11 pm for some reason Posting from an anonymous account because my neighbor posted from her personal and was confronted in a hostile manner by the leasing office. He asked her why she posted a review as oppose to contacting the office and she has These are the same complaints I had of the previous management company but they did not raise rent 20%+ during COVID or were not money grabbers. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!"

"Upfront: we did not end up moving to this location. We had to unfortunately select a place closer to work. I did want to take the time to personally review our leasing agent who went above and beyond to help us. Anthony Iroegbu. He was knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, warm, and friendly. He knows the in-and-outs of that complex. Even knew the wall stud types so I knew how to hang my TV. Zero pressure tactics, honest, and upfront. Could not have been more impressed. We’re honestly wishing this location was it for us."

"I stayed in an Airbnb here for a few days. Beautiful decor— the building, and the studio/1 BR I was in. Loved the layout/floorplan and modern appliances. Not much of a view, though. Only a few cons: numerous stress cracks around windows in 3rd floor unit I stayed in, the toilet tank ran every 2-3 minutes, and you can hear every single footstep from the apt above. When I contacted the owner via Airbnb, they gave me the option of having maintenance check toilet & cracks during my stay, or after checkout (I chose the latter). I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for the near-constant noise from the apt above. For such a modern-looking building, I'd expect better sound insulation between floors."
