"I feel like I’ve been pretty gracious about many of the inconveniences I’ve experienced living here. For example, one side of my closet collapsed on multiple occasions and I didn’t make a big deal out of it because things happen. What I don’t find acceptable is paying extra for a service that I can’t access when I need it. I came home at about 10:30 and had to drive all the way up to the fifth floor when I usually park on 2 or 3 and still couldn’t find parking. This isn’t a one off situation either which is why it’s frustrating. Clearly I’m just donating $100 to Brentford each month in hopes that I’ll find a parking spot when I get home late some days. The fact is more parking is needed. Whether that be through working with the “company” who closed the surface lot or some other alternative because the current situation is unacceptable. No garage gate, no guard and now no garage parking space? Brentford has to do better."
