"We've lived here for about 6 years now, and while there have been ups and downs, overall this is a good place to live. Staff are friendly and we have enjoyed our time here (minus during construction, which was terrible...but it has been completed for a few months now). Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. There is a concierge at the front desk who handles deliveries and notifies you via email once it has arrived. There is a nice renovated outdoor area and pool, but we don't really use it. The gym is small but will do in a pinch, though you are better off joining an actual gym. I recommend living here. The fountain out front doesn't work right now, which is a bummer because it's nice to listen to, when it's warmer out and the weather is nice. This place is worth checking out. The location is good too. Close to DC/MD/VA border, can be downtown relatively quickly via George Washington Parkway. Also, the price isn't super high like the newer places in the area. That said, it's not cheap either."
