"The reality of the company is very different from the photos you see before you sign a contract. I have had a major issue with my apartment since July. A water spill lifted the floor of my kitchen. I placed my complaint notice to the office and they have only replied back with an estimate as to when they'll come and fix the issue. and ever since they have not addressed it in any form.Maybe the money I pay monthly isn't worth anything to them. I've informed a male employee from the maintenance department, and have been told that they'll fix the problem with the apartment and simply they haven't held their end of the promise"

"Quite honestly it's been a roller coaster ride living here. I'm constantly putting in pest control service requests, so much so that I had to get the health department involved for them to rectify the issues. Not to mention I've had to call almost on a bi-weekly basis about my hot water being out just them to do a quick fix patch job and for it to go out again. This is all if you happen to get in contact with them as they tend not to answer the office phone, there are also 3-4 different numbers listed for them which is frustrating for tenants and those who want to be tenants. For the amount that I pay in rent I should not be experiencing all of these issues."

"The worst apartment complex ever. There are mice everywhere in the apartment and bugs too. Upstairs noises dose not stops ever. Everyday after noon people’s gathers in the parking lot and smoke weeds and play music very very loudly. Every time I go out or come in I show teenagers smoking weeds in the staircase. Totally not a safe environment for children’s. The leasing office peoples everyone is really rude. They don’t behave well with tenets. I personally had very bad experiences. I had complaints about the noise and other stuff. There respond wasn’t appropriate. Timber is not a safe place to live. Peoples please find a safe place for you and your family."

"MICE AND ROACHES YEAR ROUND!! INFESTED WITH MICE. They let the tenants at the ground floor become hoarders. YOU WILL HAVE MICE AND ROACHES YEAR ROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their pest control services don't do anything. Not even kidding. You better get used to trapping mice with your own sticky traps that you purchased yourself from Lowes or home Depot. YOU HAVE BEEEN WARNED. If you run your hands over the vents, you'll be left with nothing but black mold. Shower turned pink evey few weeks oh, did I mention mice? Have a cat? Won't be enough to handle the infestation."
