"Second time staying here on business. Great location, plenty of parking, spacious and clean rooms with a desk, microwave, fridge, and large TV. Friendly service and the breakfast is excellent. Good mix of hot and cold foods."
"The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was a used teabag sitting on the desk in a black container. That was beyond disgusting. I placed it in the trash, then proceeded to wash my hands. That's when I noticed there was no soap in the soap dish... okay, no big deal. I went downstairs to ask for a bar of soap. The little lady there wasn't smiling at all. She wasn't welcoming at all. It's her right to frown and act all tough, but this isn't the industry for that kind of behavior. We all have problems of our own, but we still have to remain professional at work. I bet she wouldn't be happy if someone treated her just like she treated guests (not just me). Nothing gets me more frustrated than horrible attitudes. I've worked in the service industry and I would never not make a customer feel welcomed. Some people drive hours or days to get to your hotel. The least you could do is fake a smile or say hi. Anyway, got to my room, washed my hands and realized the drain wasn't working. You had to wait minutes for the water to drain out completely. At this point, I was beyond frustrated, but I was only going to stay for a night, so I'll just power through. Well, so I thought. Come to find out the AC controls weren't designed for me to regulate them to my desired temperature. Maybe it was faulty? You change the temperature and it snaps right back to 74°F! I battled with the controls on both the actual unit and the wall mounted controller for minutes. I eventually, I gave up and went to bed. I got up the next morning and couldn't wait to leave. Oh, breakfast was like plastic too. I didn't mind it at all. It's good they offer breakfast, free parking, and free coffee. I'm grateful for that. Elevators worked and the general areas were clean. Thanks to a friendly guy I saw cleaning. The lady supervising breakfast was very nice too... deserving of an award. This is the last time I'm staying here. I love Hilton, but nope. Never again. I have pictures of the sink. Don't bother replying to my review. Nothing will ever change my mind about this place."
"The room was clean the front desk people were very friendly. Food was good as hotel breakfasts go. Some days good selection and quantity other days not so much. I asked them to clean the room once and they came one other time in my many days of staying there. Which was my request. Both times though they didn’t bother to clean the shower. Both times I requested extra coffee as I didn’t want daily service where they usually restock it, and both times they didn’t leave me any. I had to go get it from the front desk. If your looking for a good clean room when you check in these rooms are good but I personally was very disappointed with the service to the room after that. For a weekend stay you would probably be good. Extended stays you may have some disappointments."
"The hotel itself was fine and in line with what I would expect from a Hampton Inn & Suites. The service was not up to par. When first arriving in the evening to check-in, there were 2 other parties also waiting to check-in but no one was at the front desk. It was several minutes before someone arrived. My understanding is that the front desk person was helping another guest in the hotel. It was around 9:30pm so I'm surprised there wasn't someone else around. Being I am a Hilton Diamond member, I did receive my waters but did not receive the snack. The first woman to be checked-in was acknowledged as a Diamond member and received her items. It is a small thing, but it is the principle. The next morning when I went down to get coffee the front desk was empty again. It was that way from about 6:45am until 7am when the next shift arrived. Later that morning, I requested a late check-out (guaranteed as a Diamond member) but met with some resistance to my request. Eventually I was given a 12 noon checkout time. In the end, I only needed an extra 30 minutes. Again, not what I have grown accustomed to when staying at Hilton properties."
"We stayed here a few times for extended periods while house hunting and subsequently awaiting closing. Nice location and friendly staff. The hotel is dog friendly with an area in the back that is suitable to walk your dog. The pool is closed (has been for a long time) and we were disappointed by that as it was an amenity we were looking forward to using. This is a safe location and overall we enjoyed our stay."
