"The washer and dryers don’t work . Lived here for about 10 months and it’s just gotten worse , the neighbors are loud and they let their kids run rampant throughout the neighborhood. Management doesn’t do jack about any of it either ."

"I rented one of the 1 bed 1 bath apartments for a year and had a wonderful time living here. Maintenance always fixed issues within 2 days and even came for an emergency maintenance request I had on the weekend. I had zero issues with neighbors or crime, and no unexpected bills. There is a train track right next to the place but the windows are pretty good and block out most of the noise. You can walk to downtown Arbutus, and I never had a problem with parking. Laundry was in the basement, and if one of the machines wasn't working I would submit a request and it got fixed within a couple of days. My only complaint is that paying for the laundry is annoying, as the card readers suck. I left because I was moving to a different state. Rent was only going to go up by 3% if I were to renew my lease, which seemed very reasonable given current inflation. Highly recommend the apartments."

"Maintenance cant do anything right. They make it look 10 times worse when they are done messing with anything. I don't no how half them have jobs honestly. Always rude when they have to come fix something that is there job to do. Half the time there sitting in the parking lot in there cars doing absolutely nothing half the day.. This place has went down hill.. So glad I AM NOT RENEWING MY LEASE..."

"When I first moved in things were great but as with any place things just slowly went down hill. The maintenance staff should really be replaced they leave messes, half fix things, and carry a generally bad attitude. There's only ONE lady in the office that actually cares about any of your concerns and makes sure that issues are dealt with in a timely matter and is the ONLY one who will ever follow up with you to ensure things went smoothly and you are satisfied. On top of that the little community itself is going down hill and fast. They literally let just anyone move in, I get that times are hard but my child does not need to watch our neighbor nod out at 5:30 in the morning, the cops showing up to neighbors houses multiple times A MONTH and nothing is done about it. The central AC works well on the lower floors but the upstairs never cools off and your not supposed to have window units. The laundry rooms are HORRIBLE in one of the laundry rooms only 2 washers work and 2 dryers work not to mention you better hope to get a home near one of the two laundry rooms or you will be carrying your laundry through the entire community to get it to the laundromat and just pray that there is a washer available. The cost of these townhomes and apartments is WELL above what they are worth. Not to mention all the crazy "rules" they have, be prepared to receive a letter from the leasing office once a week for some rule you are breaking. Overall this place isn't absolutely hateful to rent but definitely not worth the price."

"I was skeptical about renting, but was pleased to see that this is not like other apartment complexes. I was going to get something in Owings Mills but I am glad that I did not! It is a small complex and very quiet. Very impressed at how well the grounds are maintained and the residents also (so far) quite responsible. Close to many amenities. The staff in the office are very nice, great attitude - and quite patient. The maintenance people are also wonderful. I am very comfortable here and would highly recommend it."
