Orchard Crossing Apartments

"Beyond disappointed w this complex. During my time there they did not only accuse me, twice, of things I was not doing, once we moved out they ALL OF A SUDDEN sent us to collections for a water bill I never even knew about. Does it make sense to pay your rent every month without fail, but not pay your water bill for two years? I never received a bill, once. I have never heard of paying for water at an apartment complex. Doesn't make sense for me to ignore a water bill with a family. For 2 years! It's not logical. So, instead of ever bringing it to my attention, they wait til we move out and STILL never mention it? Then send it to collections? What a horrible way of doing business. I could not be happier to be out of this place. The guys who run the grounds are impeccable, however. And Jermaine never did me wrong. I will give him that. But what a cruddy thing to do to a family."

The apartments are spacious for the area/money and the staff is quick to respond to any question or concern, no matter how ridiculous. I appreciate the chance to be a part of this community!!"
