"The supervisor Giau is kind, professional and responsive. He shares the steps that he has taken to repair issues, double checking his work before leaving, pointing out the difference(before and after) and providing additional advice to help keep things in working order. Always making you aware that if there are any additional problems do not hesitate to contact the office for a resolution. He also makes it habit of removing his shoes before entering your home without you having to ask. Although, I tell him to leave them on sometimes… I appreciate his appearance, his professionalism, determination and respect for my home. Sincere, Ms. Washington"

"The maintenance team is full of awesome people who do amazing service with a smile. Some of the buildings' units just have very outdated systems that seem to need constant maintenance. A case study of this is my and my neighbor's AC unit, both of which were on and off broken fixed for three months. Otherwise, it's very lovely to live here. All the staff is wonderful, kind, and prompt. The cleaning staff also does a brilliant job. Basically, all the people are dope, except the building manager who is a bit of a stickler. However, the systems need updates or replacement."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would… my sister lives here and she has had so many issues with her apartment. She recently has been dealing with a mice infestation in her apartment and nothing has been done! Neighbors are constant fighting and arguing. I do not feel safe when I am around here. The rats love to dumpster dive around here, I have spotted 5 rats around the complex during the DAY TIME! My nephew was racially profiled by a white cop as well. If you like to live in a nice place this is not for you. Save yourself the trouble or you will be sorry!"
