The Hanover Apartments

"I’ve only been in my apartment for 5 months and started having rodent activity a month and a half later. I’ve called maintenance several times and have also had pest control present in my apartment to set traps. So far I’ve caught 4 mice. There’s clearly an infestation. The appliances are nice but not worth having to be uncomfortable in your home. Management team are super nice but I am looking to move asap."

"I love the staff, love my apartment. Very happy here! My only negative is the call center, which is extremely lackluster and would only get a 1-star review if I could rate the independently. Everyone here however more than makes up for it, and I’m happy to be in my 5th year in this community."

"I love the unit itself. The upgrades on the surface appear nice. I don’t like that I constantly have to call maintenance for building issues, for example, I’ve had water leakage problems more than I care to count. I have mold issues in the closet. And the HVAC system seems to be on its last leg. The cleaning crew tends to overlook trash on the grounds until I have to send an email to the leasing office. The visitor’s parking isn’t fairly distributed for each row. I have complained about this numerous times with no success or care. The swimming pool rules are the worst I’ve ever encountered. I think it’s terrible to have your guest pay $20 for a weekend pass even if the guest is only going to swim for one day. There’s poor communication between tenant and leasing office. I’ve had to learn of new rules the hard way with the end results affecting me in a disparaging manner. And furthermore, the rent is too expensive for what is offered. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. I’m only still here because I felt tricked into another lease renewal."

"Brittny from the rental office is great! She walked me through the whole process and made it as easy as possible to ensure my application was completed and approved. She also provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice in picking Hanover Apartments as my new home. I am very satisfied with my decision to move here."

"I have been a resident here for a while. No issues with the Hanover staff. My issue recently is that residents should be mindful, especially if you are residing ABOVE someone else, disturbances such as music, jumping, banging on the floor, kids screaming and running ESPECIALLY after hours into the early morning. I hope all residents got a copy/notice of the Hanover "Addendum" regarding such things. I understand that there will be some noise but let's be respectful. Everyone wants to enjoy their living spaces. Oh and your pets, please keep them on a leash even if you say they don't bite. If they still have teeth, they can bite. If you drop trash, please pick it up and put it in the dumpster. Don't leave it in front of someone else's door or landing. We chose to live here, let's do our part in this community to be clean and safe for us and our families. Hanover is one of the better kept communities, let's keep it that way."
