"I love living here. The neighbors are awesome. Clean place, no bugs. If i have any concerns or need a quick fix, i just have to call Dominick, and he'll come right over. Problem solved. The club house, gym, and pool are awesome. The rent is cheap for the area. 495 down the street. And the list goes on....."
"Absolutely don't stop by here or consider renting. The only thing that's nice is the leasing office. It's definitely been renovated, but nothing else has been across all the apartments. The carpets in the hallways of the apartments are dirty and disgusting. The doors are all painted like it's the 60s. The fridge in the apartment we were shown had dents on it. The whole apartment had a weird smell. Dingy, dirty, and disgusting. The apartments don't have washers or dryers in the units. There were random people hanging around outside all the apartments. We were told if you have guests staying the night they need to park in a lot and then pay .50/hour? I have no idea how this is monitored and that's simply absurd. The good reviews are ABSOLUTELY FAKE. Do not entertain this place at all. The prices are below all other places for a reason. Yes, it's too good to be true."
