"True craft mixology!! Fanciest cocktails ever from a hip place with atmosphere galore in a cozy neighborhood bar. The regular menu offers very unusual flavor combos and at 10pm a specialty menu is presented with a flourish. Those limited offer drinks are even more exotic—and a “You” which requires an interview, and will be charged at Market Price depending on what the mixologist/interviewer interprets as the subject’s alter-ego. All drinks for our party of 5 were prepared with extreme attention to detail, each one meticulously crafted. It’s definitely gimmicky, but fun for a special occasion since the ~$20 drinks are more than our typical bar tab—then again, a drink with egg white foam does not figure in our average bar night!"
