"Great food at reasonable price. The sausages were cooked perfectly and tasty. The French toast was Amazing but a bit a little too thick. The grits was the best I have ever had. The biscuit was a little too dense for me. The chicken and waffle is to die for but I'm not a fan of waffles. Pretty much the best breakfast food in all of Baltimore as I have tried a lot of places while living in Baltimore area almost all my life. Many places have come and gone. I hope this place stays in business and the quality of food not go down. It's on top of my list for breakfast food."

"We were in Baltimore (my favorite city) for the weekend with friends, and on our final day(Sunday), we went here for brunch. The food was sooooo delicious! I had the James Brown, which was grits with their house made sauce, and deep fried catfish. Just so good. And we also had the Mt Rushmore, which was 3 huge biscuits with berry compote. Ah! Just spectacular! Washed it down with the watermelon cucumber lemon-aid."

This reminds me of the EARLY days of Miss Shirley's; great food with a cool, close-knit vibe. Tables turned over in ample time to ensure you'll find close parking. Prices are reasonable, and the apple cider was perfect for a crisp autumn day. The area is a great opportunity to show someone my city without fielding dumb questions about The Wire. #FIVESTARS"
