Papa Johns Pizza,

"I order a epic stuff crust pizza on jan 7. I added mushrooms and a 2litter Sierra mist. It came to 26.10. The pizza was cold also i didn’t receive my drink. I called back several times to ask when will the driver redeliver the drink it took almost 2 hours for him to return. The manager said i had a store credit. I called back to redeem the credit an the manager on site made me feel like i was trying to get over on him. They have poor customer service an the food is not of good quality either. I will not be ordering from papa john’s no where in America because of the this situation I experienced. Ill chalk up the little 26$. Its a small price to pay to find out they are poor at customer relations an food quality."

"I go here often as it's my favorite place I always order the exact same thing bread sticks with 3 sauces. Everytime I get delivery I never get my sauces . I already don't like to do it cause its 25$ for a 10 inch bread stick when said and done .n honestly.. It's bad enough I'm paying a dollar for less an oz. Of pizza sauce each cup but I do it because I need it . Usually I call back n say no biggie Ill get it next time but this day I called back wanted my problem fixed women on the phone said they would call driver and fix problem right away . I was more then pleased with response. . But an hour later no sauce no call no nothing. Now my food is not only sauce less but cold .I don't appreciate it.n well papa John's I've done it! ...u manage to get my first negative review . Congrats!"

"The sales are so so but the food is consistently good. It's definitely convenient late night after a lot of places close. The delivery fee is a bit outrageous."

"Every time i order I get the wrong item and they never want to redo the order or honor their mistake tonight i ordered a regular papadia and got this ranch crusted one instead there was no sorry or nothing just a simple call tomorrow like what was wrong with remaking my order I don’t expect these mistakes at all to happen regularly like they do I’m pregnant and expected to receive what I ordered not this new item they are trying to push I didn’t order that and would just like my money back out my right order sent how they confuse a regular pepperoni bacon and spicy sausage papadia for the cool ranch one is beyond my brain this particular papa johns needs to hold there pizza makers accountable and the people who check the order before it goes out !!! I’m a repeating customer but this just made me never want to order from them again !"
