"The Porter leasing staff, management, and maintenance crew has been great. Leasing staff is responsive and was flexible in working with us. Any work orders are responded to same day and quickly replaced. The rooms and amenities are nice"

"This was absolutely the worst living experience of my life. I’ve never written a review before, but I thought this would be a great opportunity to shed some light for future residents: If you want all of your personal paperwork mysteriously lost, you should definitely move to the Porter. If you want to pay a charge every month for your trash to be picked up, yet NEVER picked up-why not move to the Porter! The smell of trash truly ruminating through the halls was one of the best parts of living there. Lastly, if you want your deposit STOLEN I HIGHLY recommend moving to the Porter!!!! Hope this helps! I also hope the Porter is enjoying my $400 deposit-you guys clearly need the money :)))"

"I submitted an application on 10-24. After securing a lease elsewhere, I reached out on the morning of 10-27 to cancel my application and receive my security deposit back. Since I was within the 72- hour period, this was no problem and I was asked to allow 5-7 days for the refund to process. Here comes the problem. The property manager is who processes refunds and she failed to process mine. After over 10 attempts to contact her over the phone and via email, she was never available, and I was told that I would receive a call back .I never heard from her and ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank. Treyshawn did everything he could to help me, but his hands were tied by poor leadership. If processing a $225 refund was this difficult, I'd hate to imagine life as a resident here."

"I lived here for 1.5 years and honestly, I regret it fully. I wished I moved out sooner. Few examples: the package room is a nightmare, I lost so many things I started sending packages to another friends' building. They increased the rent almost 400 usd after the first year. You might be tricked that the facilities are nice, but you can find that in a lot of buildings now a days, they dont really take care of them well, pool was out 9/10 times. They never changed the carpet on my hallway, I recognized the dog piss and beer stains till the end. I moved out several months ago, and to this date they have not returned my deposit, which is not surprising, their mamagement office is in terrible shape and they have a turn over of people every few months, which probably explains why nothing ever gets done. Finally, car got broken in once, I heard this happening to others as well. There were several weeks during my tenancy where the garage door was broken... Their only remeding quality is their mateniance staff. You will pay a lot of money for a terrible management, better pay it somwhere else."
