Inigo's Crossing

"I’ve been living at inigos crossing since early 2021 and have really enjoyed my experience in this community. The staff tasked with running inigos has always been extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. From my first lease office manager Celeste helping me move in, to Dupree assisting me with transferring to an upgraded loft unit last year, to now Joseph continuing inigos’ focus on resident comfort, happiness, and safety, the staff has always been one of the best reasons to live here. Living in an apartment community may come with some occasional challenges, but the people in the front office, and the friendly maintenance crew, are always there to assist you if anything comes up. On top of that, the amenities are great: my favorites are the gym, the dog park, the pool/grill patio tucked away into the community, and the parking garage keeps my car warm and protected from snow during the winter! The location is great as well, far enough from the major roads but super close access to 495, the metro, Rockville pike, etc. Just give inigos a tour, my roommate and I knew it was where we wanted to live immediately after we left for the first time!"

"I honestly love this complex, it’s very family oriented! Everybody is so sweet and kind full of greetings and conversations so it’s always a good time when I come downstairs to the lobby/game room area. There’s always events going on in the game room to keep you occupied on the boring days. The amenities are great!!! A women named Jazmine who works in the leasing office is outstanding, very sweet, answers any and all your question, and she’s completely honest with you!! After reading all these reviews, honestly half of them I haven't experienced myself or seen so to each it’s own, not everything you see here you will encounter!"

"Not a tenant. I was considering Ingos Crossing as my number one choice but I’m glad I ran to the review section first. I’m commenting solely for the purpose of thanking you all who took time to post your feedback about your experiences. It has definitely changed my mind and persuaded me to take my money and business elsewhere. Seems like parking your car in their garage is inevitably asking someone to come and take it. Safety for mine and my wife’s vehicle is my number one concern which is why I have never minded paying a parking fee, but for what? There seems to be no security provided and, from the looks of these comments, little to no concern from management. All the photos of TRASH and accounts of rodent sightings. How can management within this company not be mortified by all the negative exposure not to make or incorporate any positive change? I was wondering why rent here was so low and now I see why. What a joke."

"Would never live here again. Moved in in June 3 electrical outlets didn’t work and they still don’t work. I’ve placed several work orders (almost weekly) and spoken to office 1 time a month and they still aren’t fixed. Elevators only work part time. The loading dock, dumpster area, and 2nd floor parking garage is overrun with large rats. I’ve placed multiple work orders for different things sometimes it took weeks to repair. No one very answers an email or returns a phone call. Rent is WAY to expensive for the condition of the building and the apartments. In the lease it says your apartment must be professionally cleaned when you leave. My apartment was so nasty when I moved it, no way it had every been cleaned much less professionally. I would give this place a negative star if possible. But they want their money up front asap and the first of the month. Parking garage is awful too. Spots are so small you can barely get a compact car in them. Please look at everything closely before renting. They try to pretty it up in the lobby when showing apartments."
