"We recently had the pleasure of leasing an apartment at Pallas, and I must say the experience exceeded all expectations. From the initial inquiry to the move-in day, the entire process was made incredibly smooth, thanks to the exceptional efforts of the leasing manager, Yasaman. Yasaman’s professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable. She was thorough in her communication, promptly addressing all my queries and ensuring that we had a clear understanding of every step in the leasing process. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel valued as a tenant, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about creating a positive experience for residents. s contribute significantly to the overall appeal and functionality of the building. Moreover, the outstanding service extended beyond the leasing phase, thanks to the community manager, Claudia. Claudia’s attentiveness to the needs of residents adds an extra layer of satisfaction to the living experience. I would also like to give a special shout-out to the maintenance gentlemen at Pallas (believe his name is Leny & Jeff). Their dedication to ensuring the property is well-maintained is truly noteworthy. From addressing minor repairs promptly to maintaining the communal spaces, their efforts contribute significantly to the overall appeal and functionality of the building. In conclusion, my time at Pallas has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the stellar team led by Yasaman and supported by Claudia and the maintenance staff. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a luxurious living experience with a team that goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home."

"I love my new home, space and community here at Pallas. Yasaman, the leasing manager, made my application process so seamless, luxurious and stress free. She showed me the best options for the amenities I’m looking for, such as a great gym, yoga studio and an apartment with beautiful bathroom, kitchen and wonderful views as well. She even mentioned which buildings and unit have better promotions. The moment I walked into the apartment on tour. It was love at first site! I applied that same night and within two days I got an email of my application approval! TOURING: easy over the phone but much better to walk into the residences at pike and rose to see better options with the leasing consultants. APPLICATION: The application process was very easy and efficient and the leasing manager, Yasaman gave me exceptional expertise and empathy. THE COMMUNITY: The people living in the building are also very nice. Everyone literally says hi to you, especially the ones with their beautiful fur babies. The concierge always has exceptional customer service. Every area is secured with a fob. As a single woman, who is naturally a homebody. I feel very safe in my new space and community. LOCATION: It is truly everything, I can walk to several grocery stores such as Moms and Trader Joe’s. Everything is pretty much 5-6 minute drivable or 15-20 minute walk. I am literally in the center of everything I need. My favorite is the weekly farmer’s market. I’ve met so much local female entrepreneurs and farmers that are changing the way we consume and spend our money on. THE APARTMENT ITSELF: Luxurious, clean and safe. COMMUNICATION/PAYMENT: everything can be done through a portal they provided. Same for packages. Everything goes through the concierge."

"I had a dream of living in Pike and Rose, a neighborhood that is known for its beauty and vibrancy. I was excited to move there, but after reading some negative reviews, I was worried that they might be true. I decided to tour the property last week, and unfortunately, the negative reviews were accurate. The building was in such a poor condition that it needs to be gutted and completely re-done. In my opinion, this reflects poorly on the property management company and ownership."

"Pros: helpful staff and a partially responsive leasing office (most notably Selena and Alyssa). Whenever I need an issue resolved they are the way to go. Those ladies add rigor and care to the position so kudos to both of them. Cont: Community building events are often nice and the support staff are quite kind and well intentioned. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the shared areas and the handling of mailroom items by our concierges. The location (Pike and Rose) is amazing and I do appreciate my layout/floorplan. All in all, this place has a ton of potential. Cons: phone calls often go unanswered and root issues ignored if you don’t constantly stay on top of the office. There are a few other issues (that have been listed by renters new and old) but I’ve often found it difficult to get a hold of upper management when extremely necessary and when I’ve tried to resolve any outstanding problems or complaints, I am rerouted - ad nauseam - to the point of utter frustration while nothing changes. Nothing ever changes. In talking with my neighbors, they often feel unheard and neglected when uplifting their complaints as well. For the most part, there is a disconnect in the communication overall. Lastly, though our cleaning staff tries their best to keep the place in check, the trash disposal and stairwell are in a deeply pitiable state. Again, The Pallas has a lot of potential, but it goes unrealized and I wonder if those in charge truly care."
