"Attempted to tour 2 days in a row. No one available...is the entire building staffed by 1 agent? Shame!! First day, the agent was out on tour so I informed the desk personelle that I would go next door and return to attempt to meet with an agent. Apparently the agent was never told that I would return because when I did she was out to lunch...Day 2 I decided to attempt a self guided tour in the event that an agent was not available. Self guided key lock box did not work and the desk personelle watch me make several attempts to open in with out attempting to intervene and let me know that it was not working. I was inform after approaching the desk and asking. Apparently, I'm disturbing her...I asked about the leasing staff and was informed yet again that they our out to lunch. Who works here? Each encounter has been sad...sad..sad. As much as I'd love to see this building I won't be returning. I"

"Nice Community the staff is very helpful.Maintenance team Hector and Fredy are Amazing very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking guys. The building is well maintained. The location is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend Arrive for your next apartment home."

"I am not from the area, and made a quick decision to choose Arrive North Bethesda to live. Community is nice and feels like home. The office staff is friendly and quick to help. There’s also the convenience of having a clothing tailor right downstairs! Slight issues here and there but maintenance is efficient. Overall a good choice to live here."

"Moved in a couple of weeks ago and for the most part it's been a pleasure. The building is obviously older, but to me that's part of the charm. My apartment has been renovated and I love it. The location is great ... Arrive is just a short walk to Pike and Rose. And Bark Social is close by, which is ideal for the pup. Lack of a freight elevator had its issues during move-in, but my movers managed fine. I'm super happy with my decision to live here."

"Unit and location are great. The leasing office though are simply not fit to be there. Rude and clueless. I got charged $10.95 a week ago for not uploading renters insurance due to portal issues. I entered renters info manually. I asked why there was a balance on my account. they got back to me after 6 days and 8 consecutive emails. Finally India responded tell me I should be mindful etc to upload renters insurance. I forwarded to the office renters insurance and explained portal still not working so they should reverse the fee, which they should anyway because there was no lapse on insurance. I have called trinity property management and left my info. I’m also considering talking to a lawyer. In the past they had assessed fees for things I had talked to the manager at the time. STAY AWAY."
