"Have lived here for 3 yrs. Best high rise experience in MoCo and it’s not even close. Only leaving because I’m moving to VA, and will be very sad to leave the wonderful people here. It doesn’t even feel like a high rise because of how personable and wonderful everyone is. *Special shout out to Melinda, who is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and just a good person (thanks for the great conversations, advice, small talk, and all the guest parking passes!!)* Pros: great responsive mgmt, nice units that were renovated, excellent responsive and personable maintenance and leasing staff, awesome community of residents, and excellent price for the area. There are maintenance guys who live onsite, so I’ve had real emergency issues fixed in under half hour before during off hours, which was amazing! Concierge is also great and is 24hr on the weekend. Well maintained gym with some new equipment just installed. Two things to consider: the east side of the building faces train tracks. The trains come through all the time (including at night). You get used to it but something to consider if you pick a unit on the east side. Also the parking garage door malfunctions sometimes. Ultimately not a big deal for how awesome the apartment is. Will miss living here so much!"
"We have been living in the Aurora for a year now and we love everything about it. Our apartment is has an amazing view, little to no noise, and is very affordable compared to other apartments around the area. The community is great! the management team has been good to us. Melinda specifically is very delightful, knowledgeable, and kind. She is an valuable asset for this management team. We definitely recommend living here."
