"Horrible. I moved out of my apartment in October. Someone I’d previously allowed in my home broke in after I moved out and locked the door. Sescil Harris the Apartment manager is attempting to illegally hold me financially responsible for as long as this person decides to squat. A judge has advised the the complex should have this person arrested yet, Sescil and the complex continue to aid in this person squatting journey."

"I have lived here for 2 years. I have had no issue with the staff or maintenance. Just wish the parking was assigned so I could park closer to my apartment."

"Do NOT waste your time nor money. I applied weeks ago, paid a $45 application fee, and was promptly ghosted. In particular, Donjuan was literally ZERO help. My texts about how to apply were ignored, he did not assist me once I actually submitted the application, and was no less than USELESS. Finally, after harassing this company on every contact method I could find, I was promptly denied. Regardless of the fact that I had stellar rental history in this exact same building 2 years prior! Whoever owns Liberty Bay really played themselves when allowing Residential One take over for Urban Management. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! This property management company is nothing short of incompetent."

"This customer service sucks and I’ve trying to talk to someone for MONTHS. No one has called me back after the countless voicemails I have left for months. This is ridiculous! I’m a paying customer at one of their properties and I have real issues and concerns regarding the property I currently live on. I’m furious right now! Very unprofessional in rental office and customer service for Residential One… I hope someone calls me back ASAP"
