"Pretty decent for the price. Quiet neighborhood, mostly friendly neighbors. My only issue I've had here so far is dealing with flooding issues in the basement of the townhouse. But I will say maintenance has been on it whenever I have an issue."

"Impressed and surprised by initial tour...don't be fooled. Horrible. Lived here for 4 months, caught mice weekly. NO URGENCY in addressing rodent complaints. Exterminator came at least twice but was no help with prevention/response (only left glue traps, I had to get steel wool etc... myself for obvious holes). Even in-house exterminator only left a large trap and sprayed peppermint. Saw 2 mice the same night he sprayed. Caught 5 mice in one weekend that I wasn't even home (no food being prepared or trash left out). Saw mice daily, even if they weren’t caught. Had to call every single day to get maintenance to remove rodents on traps for them actually to come, and even with many called to ask for status updates and make sure ticket was still in, it often took ~3 days to respond. Management called the DAY OF MOVE IN to say unit was unavailable for another 3 days due to "new carpet installation and all new appliances"; and even so had to call maintenance 3 times in first 4 weeks about NO HOT WATER before they replaced the water heater. Clothing dryer was old and not functional at move in despite being told I’d have all new appliances. Carpet installation was poorly performed, leaving gaps between baseboards and floors and contributing to rodent issues. No cable hookup, so also had to pay additional fee to get that installed and management would not prorate rent to accommodate that additional expense. Jumped through many hoops to apply, producing all types of documents and referrals and turned out having a horrible experience- strongly advise continuing to look for apartments. For the amount you’d pay, the least you could ask for would be a clean home and responsive management if that’s not the case."

"The most incompetent front office staff I have ever experienced. Bad neighborhood. You get what you pay for. I had a leak in my roof that took a total of 4 months to be fixed- That’s 4 months of water leaking onto my bed whenever it rained. It took so long because of the unorganized front office/ repair process. Our house was falling apart; had to call maintenance several times a month. Not to mention our house was infested with mice/ rats. Called the office to address the infestation: nothing was done. Got out of there as fast as I could. They also tried to charge us $700 at the end of our 1 year lease to replace the carpeting... despite us leaving the carpet in perfect condition. Do not live here. (I lived on Melbourne)."
