"Cockroaches everywhere, my girlfriends car keeps getting broken into and everything taken out of from. Don’t ever live here, even though it’s cheap they don’t much for you, not much maintenance at all and they don’t ever leave notices if they come into ur place to do anything. I wish they would do better they are so stuck up at the front office that they won’t even listen. Avoid this place."
"Best advice I have is if you can spend an extra $150-$250 do that and find another complex. The women in the rental office always have an attitude and carry themselves as if you are inconveniencing them. Essentially you all work for the tenants and this complex so what exactly is the issue? Parking is a joke, You can hear every little thing your neighbor does all hours of the night, mice, holes along base boards, and they allow a third party company access to your home for pest control. And the person never leaves anything to identify themselves if you’re not home. Now they are threatening to fine you or make you vacate the premises if you decline or even if you can’t put your pet up according to this notice. I could go on….. just look for other housing and save the headache."
"When I originally moved into this apartment, I was excited. The neighborhood is quiet, and the apartments are clean and spacious. Then I moved in and the problems started. First and foremost, if you want a leasing office that will answer your calls, this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I have proof that I have called this leasing office 22 times in one day before anyone answered. Mind you it was throughout my 8 hour work day (during their leasing hours) , and for 8 HOURS no one answered, I finally got an answer and the leasing rep stated that they were at lunch when I called, but come on who the heck is on lunch FOR EIGHT HOURS ! Then the property management is run but a fake company called Schweb Partners, you cannot find them anywhere on the internet. I even went down to the courts to get information on the company and they could not find them anywhere. Then I asked the rep at the leasing office for the Schweb Partner’s number, and the number I received was not a working number. So the company is definitely fraud. Secondly, I have nothing but maintenance issues. My water always turns cold, my heater/ac is always broke, and the maintenance staff takes super long to get back to you. When they “fix the problem” I usually and calling the maintenance staff again because I begin to have the same problems days later. My heater went out so many times, and I reported it every time. One time the maintenance changed my locks and ended up breaking my door and took TWO months to fix my FRONT DOOR. Do you know how unsafe that is? My paint chips from my bathtub every time I clean it. They also erase your maintenance request from the tenant portal so make sure you print out all the request you make because they erase them, so there is no evidence of the poor maintenance team. They “fixed” my leaky faucet one time and flooded my entire bathroom, ruining the mats on my floor (that I just bought) so I had to throw it away. They fixed my screen door after months after asking them to and left the old screen door on my balcony and will not come and get it. The walls are so freaking thin you literally hear everything that goes on everywhere. Also, there's no outlet in my bathroom (which is the same with most of the bathrooms on the complex apparently). If you do decide to move into this apartment just make sure you read your lease word for word because there is a lot of hidden things in there. Like in order to receive your security deposit you must tell them you are moving out 60 days in advanced or they will keep it. For no reason whatsoever. And they do not care about this Covid situation, they gave us a few day extension for rent and reminded us that we need to pay our rent or will be charged a late fee (which is against the Governor’s orders by the way). This place is fraud, the people in the leasing office are not professional, and the Property management company is not real, they don’t even have letter head on there letters when they send out notices, that’s how you know a business isn’t real. Be careful out here yall ! So Happy to be out of there ! SN: I have plenty of pictures of leaks (that caused the entire buildings water bill to rise) inside and outside the apartment, pictures of my thermostat not working and videos, and pictures of the times that I would drive pass the office (before Covid-19) and there doors would be closed before office hours were over. For the mental sake, please don't do it to your self !"
"I'm going on two years living in this complex. The front office staff are kind, professional, personable and most importantly very responsive. Latoria or "Tori" Being a shining star when handling any questions or service requests I've put in. I went from an adequate 1br to a 2br when my brother moved in with me and the staff practically bent over backward to make my transition seamless and simple. The apartments are simple and nice though they, like all places, have their flaws which so far have not ruined any experience I have had thus far. Be warned though, As with most complexes, parking is a nightmare at times. Update - Sadly, I have to change this review. I lived at this complex for 4 years. The amount of times I was late on rent you could count on one hand. I barely had anything go wrong in my apartment. I never complained about the neighbors. I tended to handle any pest issues myself when it wasn't automatically scheduled by the front office. I didn't complain. When I go to move out, I informed the front office of the date that I was moving out however I would be responsible for the remainder of my lease which was one final month which I paid. This means I have control of the apartment for one final month despite moving out early giving me ample time to move my stuff and clean the apartment before turning in my keys and surrendering the apartment to the front office. Because of a mistake by the property manager, I lost over half of the items that I owned which remained in my apartment. And were thrown out by maintenance during my slow move into the new apartment. When I confronted them about reclaiming the apartment before I turned in keys, the apartment manager automatically assumed that I had not paid my rent and that they evicted me. When he realized that he made a mistake it took them over a month to get back to me regarding what they would do about the items they threw away. When I told them how much everything cost to replace, I was told the number was ridiculous. The item list included food items, furniture clothing, electronics, cleaning supplies and even family heirlooms. I called corporate to ensure all bases were covered, only to discover that corporate consisted of a small group of people of whom only one person could be reached. They told me, with an attitude, that the manager would get back to me and that was it. Their choice instead of making good on the situation was to burn me. ensuring that I would never rent there again or for any property that they own and I would do my best to inform everyone else of the situation they put me through and refused to make right. Edit: You're not sorry because your reply is a bold faced lie. You never asked me to come in. Nobody ever asked me to come in and talk. I got a call after months on trying to contact someone who would make this right and all I got was a solid no on reimbursement. I didn't make the mistake, you all did. And I'm still the one who paid the price."
"First things first let me just the neighborhood is not too bad at all. I felt safe there. However, sometimes it would take a while for the stairwell lights to turn on. So I would be going home in complete darkness at times. Secondly the walls and floors are very very thin. I was leasing a studio apt at ten hills btw. It was insane how I could hear my neighbors entire conversations.I could even here their "private" moments and I'm sure they could hear mine too. I could even hear people walk. Every.Single.Footstep. I really think they should renovate the apartments. However, they are very spacious. They did a good job with the designs as well. I also had a problem with stink bugs coming through the windows even if they were closed. I had no clue how they were getting in. This scared the hell outta me. I hated to come home and be greeted by the bugs yo. I'm glad I didn't have mice though! For the most part my neighbors were pretty chill."
