"This has been quite stressful even trying to get in touch with the property management “Schweb Partners” the first time i put in an application with them for another property they NEVER reached out to me in regards to the application then when i FINALLY got in touch with the property they said that Schweb Partners no longer owns that property and I couldn’t get my $30 app fee back . Next I put in an application for Carriage house apartments and i had to CALL them to check the status NOBODY reached out … and when i did get in contact with somebody from there they told me my application was denied but wasn’t sure why and that was it … TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE and they had no remorse or cares that I’ve spend $55 with them that has been wasted .. so If i was anyone I wouldn’t apply or live with this Property Management…"
