Mt Vernon Flats

"We stayed at Mt Vernon Flats for five months while relocating to Baltimore for work. Roman and his team were fantastic! They were always quick to respond and quick to take care of any issue. The registration, check-in, and monthly payments were all automated and easy to use and navigate. The space was cosy but roomy enough for two of us, and the place was fully furnished with an outfitted kitchen so we could easily cook any meal if we wanted to. I recommend Mt Vernon Flats for anyone needing a furnished place for a week or months."

"Me and my partner stayed at the 715, park avenue apartment and had a wonderful time there. Roman and Dzmitry were wonderful, responsive and very proactive host. Walkable distance from Eddies supermarket and Hopkins shuttle is a definite plus. Would highly recommend staying at their apartment! Hope to stay there again soon."

"I booked a 3 month stay for my son, who spent the fall doing a college internship in Baltimore. He returned home over the weekend. Mount Vernon Flats were awesome. They were wildly responsive. The location was phenomenal. Museums, the beautiful Baltimore Basilica, great restaurants and the Mt. Vernon Marketplace were all very..very short walks. The marketplace was actually right across the street. History is everywhere in Mt. Vernon, including the 1st Washington Monument. (I wasn't aware of this prior to us looking into Baltimore.) The apartment itself was very nice. Just as advertised. A super safe building, clean and welcoming. I'd highly recommend working with the MVF team. You'll be very happy!"

"My partner and I spent 4months in one apartment managed by Mt Vernon Flats while we work & travel to spend our remote working time due to the pandemic. The apartment was nice, clean, fully furnished with everything we needed. It was a lovely and safe neighborhood with lots of attractions nearby. Olivia and Roman were always responsive, thoughtful, and provided tremendous support during our stay. I will recommend to others and I myself will stay with them again if I come back to the area:)"
