"When scheduling a tour online, the choices are in person or self-guided. We scheduled an in person tour at a specific time. In the days prior, they sent multiple texts and emails even after we confirmed. We arrived at our scheduled appt time and were first in a line of 4+ people. Yet we waited while she helped people behind us. About 20 min after our scheduled time, we were invited into the office. The agent did not introduce herself and was not very friendly. She told us they only offer self-guided tours and their website was not updated. We were interrupted by a frantic tenant who said water was pouring into her apartment from the unit above her. She said water was everywhere and they would need a place to stay while it was being cleaned up. The agent told her they could stay in a vacant unit. The tenant asked how that was feasible in an unfurnished unit. The agent seemed very unsympathetic and said that’s the policy. The tenant said they needed to be put up in a hotel. If this is how Bell treats potential and current tenants, no thank you! Very poor service."

"Bell Ashburn Farms is a very beautiful place for families. The apartments are spacious and modern. I enjoyed the support and prompt responses by the leasing office staff. I would like to point out one Angel Martins who is an awesome Angel for sure; sent from heaven you can say that. Angel helped me start my leasing journey successfully, she also guided me through thoroughly when I had to move out. In a scale of 10, she scores 10 in every aspect one would expect from a leasing officer. Continue your good work. Cheers."

"Angel is one of the best leasing agents I've came across thus far. I've been apartment shopping for the last past month and came across Bell Ashburn apartments online shopping. When I came in I was greeted with a nice warm welcoming smile by Angel. She was very polite. And her manurisms really made me want to choose this apartment to call home for now. I give her five stars all around the board. From beginning till the end of my short visit, she made absolutely pleasant."
