"I’ve been on the waiting list for two years and five months. They left me a voice message three weeks ago telling me that finally they have an apartment for me. I called back and nobody answered. I’ve called, emailed and visited the property for three weeks with no response. I know they left a voicemail just to say they reached out and didn’t hear from me so they can delete me from the list. What a horrible manipulative way to treat people."

"Wonderful management, very friendly staff, as this is my 2nd review i put, with a 5 star!!!! The AC in our apartment was not working and it was a long weekend, and as soon as we called office, they fixed the Ac, and also when ever there is a problem they fix it very quickly, and yes i must say that Gabby and clodya (hope names spelling is correct) is the real asset of the woods, they deal with every problem very friendly and on time. Its not fair to give 1 star because the management team really deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️"

"So you need an appointment to visit but you can't make an appointment without calling first then you call for a week without end and nobody answers. How do you even get new residents??? update: told me ACTUALLY send an email. Maybe put that on the sign on your door and don't be misleading. I emailed and they still haven't responded. Basically nobody can contact them at all. Ever. Will be finding upper management in this situation."

"Its really best place to live! The management team and the guys who fixes the stuff everyone is the real assets of this place. We moved on 11 may, in the office two ladies they are such a lovely ladies with full of manners and with wonderful behavior, what ever we needed to be fixed they arranged someone to fix it in same day which Is really appreciable!!! I want to thanks them for their hard work, and making this place wonderful to live❤️"

"2016 I had a security guard break into my car when I first moved in, and dug up a piece of mail he found in my car to write a note on it. The note was asking me to please keep my car door closed. First of all, i never left my door open! When i called the office to report this happening the manager at the time told me there's no way their security would do that. They took no responsibility and didn't even apologize. I even sent a pic of the note to them. I came across the security a few days later and asked him about it myself he admitted to it and apologized. June 2017...Now our entire apartment inside and outside is infested with millipedes..if you've never seen one they are disgusting. There are so many I have to vacuum my floor every morning when I get up for work. We have called the office and they send they would send an exterminator. It's been well over two weeks and still no exterminator. There is one helpful lady in the office who is very nice and delivers good customer service. She is the Assistant Manager. Everyone else acts like they hate their job, especially the Property Manager. She has a major attitude and if you come in she will do everything in her power to avoid talking to you face to face. I can't wait to move out July 14th."
