"I have been living here for over a year now and it’s just okay. Management has not been the best as i’m still waiting for my shower to be fixed as it has been over 6 months. My car recently gotten broken in to and almost broken into again. It a decent placed to live but extremely overpriced. Bugs occasionally, can hear anything from upstairs, hot water lasts less then 7 minutes."

"Leasing office people are nice . But The soundproofing of this apartment is very poor very bad . We can’t sleep night or daytime because we can hear every single step from outside . And upstairs walking jumping cooking fighting it’s very hard to rest . If you have baby or older age better don’t choose here .and bedrooms windows very old style window it’s very cold you have to use air conditioner very high temperature Because of cold but that’s give you dry all room uncomfortable breathing. I can’t enjoy my balcony drink coffee . because upstairs has pet everywhere is animal hair. We talked office but nothing change"

"Management dont answer the phones. They don't take complaints seriously. Some crazy dude keeps parking in the dang on handicap parking spots he needs his car towed, constantly smoking pot, always arguing with some women the cops was just over here banging on the door I mean it's just getting so ghetto management isn't doing nothing about either just ridiculous. This dude don't even live over here just constantly disrupting the peace."

"Want a review? Don't even bother renting here. Absolute slew of issues to roaches prior to moving in, dry wall repairs because of other people putting junk down the drains, cracked and molded showers, paper thin walls, vinyl flooring coming unglued... I can go on. Broke lease just to leave because of noise and the fact it'sabsolutely one of the worst places I've lived in. Office won't help at all but there very good at gaslighting you on your problems for sure. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. We'll maybe... good luck saddle ridge won't miss you at all. For the folks thinking about it as an option, as the sherif officers said the outside and maintenance will show you more than you need to know how the place is ran."

"I've lived in Ashburn for over a decade and have moved quite a lot. I've watched the reviews on this property because we've considered moving here and they were horrible.. but MAGICALLY they've gone to an almost 5 star property, so we figured they finally upped their game and give them a chance. First I'd like to say the property manager and office staff are extremely nice but the OWNERS of this property need some serious help in the morality department!! After a few days of living here, the apartment started showing signs of issues. First it was the roaches, then the upstairs bathroom was leaking RAW sewage, bugs everywhere, there was MOLD, the building was basically falling apart. This was an UPGRADED apartment that looked decent enough upon first inspection. I'm not sure whats worse though, that they got a PUBLIC police report removed from Google about a violent assault that occurred here, I looked before moving here. I only found out because said man, then committed another DEADLY assault at another apartment complex. DO NOT MOVE YOUR FAMILY HERE! We moved out immediately and had to find a new place ASAP. I'm not sure HOW this place has good ratings. Absolutely disgusting behavior on the owners part for EVER treating paying tenants this way!!"
