They don't care if you have problems in your unit, they take forever to fix anything. The laundry rooms have mold in them, the upkeep of the property is just disgusting. Take your hard earned money somewhere else!"

"I am a current tenant here and have been here for a year. When I can to apply David the property manager (the guy who rated 5stars) made the area and apartment look nice. But boy what a facade !! THE MICE PROBLEM IS RIDICULOUS!! So ridiculous that they can not get it under control. They do in house exterminating . Someone had punched a whole in the hall and had a cat living there. They FINALLY fixed it after a week of my call b/c the cat ran into my house !! Something had happened in the upstairs apts where water was pouring from my ceiling two times! The people who live in The apartment building leaves bags of trash at the bottom where I live. They clean the outside of apartments 1 time every 3 weeks until they start getting complaints. The list can honestly go on . In my opinion I would even waste 30 for an application fee !"
