"Save your money and go somewhere else. This apartment complex is so trifling and inconsiderate. When I first moved in, it was so much moldy food left in the cabinets from the previous tenant. The walls are super thin and maintenance start doing fake work at 8am. All the windows in the apartments are old and you have to get on a window waiting list, when if your in a building updating one apts windows why not update all windows in that building. When maintenance does work orders in your apt they do not clean their mess and they have no regards for your belongings. My ceiling had a leak once due to the rain and when I called the leasing office they said it was a non emergency. There's no dish washer so you'll be washing dishes everyday. Even on occasions u don't feel like it The rooms are very small I have to get all new furniture because my furniture from my previous place doesn't fit. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Been living here for about 2 years. Maintenance NEVER comes to fix anything and the property managers do not care. All these photos are issues throughout my lease that I have asked them to fix and they never come. Recently my bathroom ceiling has a leak and was caving in. It took 2 weeks of me calling rental office, maintenance AND property managers. Finally I decided to call Regional Management and they finally forced the supervisor to put cut out the ceiling and put a board up. Mind you I have kids and my pregnant gf is over here often. BIG SAFETY HAZARD. They put a board up and said they will be out to fix it today. Nobody is here and the board is now soaked from water damage. Trust me, there is a lot more that I wanna tell but can’t type. I will be reporting them. Anybody who is interested in hearing the full story is welcome to contact me. In short, DO NOT DO IT!"
