"It’s sad , I used to consider this area nice however been here for almost if not 8years and after about two or three years management been changing more than the amount of months in a year. Each time management change, files been missing , more and more letters concerning rent etc on the doors , no type of stability and organization at all . Then when you complain or ask questions , you get more letters on the door but the bare minimum is done about things that need to be fixed or handled . Today I get off work to an outdated stove from an upgraded stove that took years to get in all the time staying . The only thing the upgraded stove needed was the small cosmetic rubber to be pushed back in the frame . This outdated stove they have now in the kitchen keeps clicking constantly and I’m told it’s the film or something I believe however that’s not supposed to keep clicking consistently . I can go on and on in how things has truly changed for the worst within the past year especially . Not to mention my car getting towed same day as my aunt funeral but I had my permanent parking pass . It’s really sad and disturbing and because I call and ask questions now the management be smart and sneaky and place letters on the door about rent etc . If no one cares , God does . How you treat your residents says a lot about your management and approach to future residents . I’m sure management will keep being smart and be upset but it’s not right no wonder so many people been moving in and out of here in short timings ."
"Go somewhere else and get your money worth. I've been living at this property for 4 months. There were minor issues when I moved in like cracking paint, rust in the bathroom, closet door of track, no refrigerator etc. I was given incorrect information regarding a water bill and how to obtain a laundry card. I scheduled maintenance and gave three backup dates in case one day was not ok. It's been over one week since the work has been repaired. They stopped waiving online check fees when you pay you rent by check. Today I have no water. If went out last night and they don't know when it will be back on. I called the emergency maintenance three times and no one answered. They installed car charges that have not been used in over a month since they have been installed."
"The office staff as a whole sucks !!!!! Nina (Property Manager)asks as if she doesn’t understand my concerns . Lonnie the maintenance supervisor does not know what he’s doing they never really fix the problem just patched things up .The complex is mice infested . The laundry rooms are disgusting and floods every time it rains . If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The quality of living here does not equal the rent that they charge you!!! I ADVISE ANYONE who is thinking renting here DO NOT!! Go somewhere where it’s worth the money!!"
"((4 stars because my other issues haven't been resolved yet..scheduled for next week...)) Spoke with someone in corporate that said she'd noted everything I called about and would get it to the correct person. I received a call the next morning from a new corporate employee, Kelly, sure enough she'd received the correct information and informed me that there were new changes being made and new rental staff. Kelly called me again that afternoon and informed me that 1 of my issues had been solved by the new office Mgr, Devon and the other issues would be attended to on Monday. SO FAR, SO GOOD! Hopefully they'll keep up the good work. I agree with a statement that Kelly made... COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY....."
"I've been here 4 years things changed but are getting better. Starting with Nina the asst. property manager. Her customer service skills are awesome. Polite, patient and knowledgeable. Her pleasant greeting makes you smile. Even in the pandemic she ensured your maintenance concerns were met. A little slow, understandably so, but they were met. Keep up the great work Nina."
