"UPDATE: While I'd like to keep my original review as an honest critique and experience I had with scheduling tours, I must commend Ashley W. who was the leasing specialist that reached out to me regarding my review. She was able to set a tour up for me and was great to work with. She was extremely helpful, kind, and would recommend that anyone work with her. Twice I’ve schedule appointments through their website for a guided tour and both times I’ve went, there was no one there in the leasing office and therefore I couldn’t see the property. Very poor communication. If you couldn’t have someone there, they should’ve reached out or not confirmed it through email"

"Living here has been great so far. Zara is the friendliest and most helpful leasing agent I've ever met. She made finding my ideal apartment a breeze. She's always happy to answer my questions and goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are happy."

"Where do I even start? I'm not one to write negative reviews but I think consumers should be aware of Kettler's business practices. I applied on September 5th 2023 and up until September 21st (which is when I cancelled my application) no decision had been made. I had to constantly chase their office for updates, as I needed to move in quickly. I provided all documentation (paystubs, etc) on the day I sent the application. This community charged me the MOST out of all the apartment complexes I applied for and provided the absolute worst service. They will make you pay a 500$ deposit upfront which is not typical, no other complex made me pay so much upfront. I requested my refund on September 21st and they emailed me back on October 3rd telling me my refund is going to take 3-4 business weeks and they had the wrong address on the refund statement. It's a shame to charge people 500$ just to apply and to take 3-4 business weeks to give them their money back: Yes you read that right, not business DAYS but business WEEKS. Only apply to this place if you need to move within the next 3 months, because this is how long their .... staff will take to review your file. NEVER AGAIN Edit : I did not withdraw my application on September 12th as the GM mentioned below, I expressed concerns over the timeline on September 12th, then agreed to wait longer because I really liked the community. On September 20th tenM (Ashley) reached out to me asking for ADDITIONAL employment documentation to approve me. At this point it had been over 2 weeks since the application and it is when I finally sent the formal cancellation request the next day."

"I'm just a few weeks into living at this apartment and finding more positive than negative. On the positive side, the concierge Pam is the best, with a great attitude and positive vibe for the building. I like the gym and how the downstairs looks. On the negative The hallways and carpet desperately need refreshing. And...I like the maintenance people, they just need to be more transparent and communicative about getting repairs completed."

"For some reason my previous review got deleted so reposting…My husband and I recently moved out of TenM after almost 4yrs due to job relocation and I only have positive things to say. We thoroughly enjoyed our apartment on the top floor with great unrestricted views. If given an option I would choose to buy my unit. TenM is located in the heart of Columbia. Love the fact that you have access to the best of both worlds-nature and urban setting; you are walking distance away from the lake, mall, library, hospitals & doctors, grocery shopping, restaurants, Bowling, Merriweather concerts, community gatherings and concerts at Lake Kitt, etc. Besides that the apartment itself has state of the art amenities and features. Gourmet kitchen with gas cooking range, huge islands and a lot of storage, SS appliances with ice/water dispenser, large walk through closets and the guest bathroom always gave a feeling of 2master bedrooms as it had a private entrance from the guest bedroom as well…You get Controlled fob access to both the buildings-TenM & MFlats, Bike room, barbecue area, multiple spacious lounges, reading areas on each floor, 2 swimming pools with sunbathing area and hammocks, 2fitness centers, virtual game room & other games like air hockey, shuffleboard, basketball, billiards. They also have secure package lockers, pet station, gated floor level parking for the residents and public/guest parking, air & vacuum station and many more. I can go on and on about this place. TenM felt like you are Living beyond the dream. We loved walking the hallways to our unit overlooking the pool and the lobby and club room was outstanding. Saw lot of staff join in and leave but everyone was really nice. Never had a package lost as oversized packages were delivered to the concierge and a reminder was sent to the residents to pick the package at the earliest. TenM continuously hosts a lot of events for the residents. During Covid we enjoyed all the virtual events like paint nights, bingo, yoga, chef cooking, mixology, plant care, etc and food trucks. If you love living at a happening place without ever getting bored come to TenM. Compared to MFlats where most of the amenities and events happen, TenM had tranquility and we had a fantastic 4yr long vacation."
