"I had to change my review , the area is still quiet since I've been living here , my only complaint Is the work orders takes months , literally 2 months for anything to get repaired or fixed. the laundromat rooms aren't kept up and the hallways could be kept up a little better, mailbox is broken and someone is taking my mail .. that also is taking forever to get fixed.."

"I came home and saw the door tag showing that maintenance had been in my apartment. To surprise, everything I requested was done and it was done in an excellent manner. I am so glad I get to report on their quality and excellence. Thank you to the Maintenance team and Leasing department! Months later: I had a toilet that kept on overflowing. Unfortunately, it was problem that persisted through the weekend. I asked for assistance from the security guard to locate maintenance. She was so helpful. Thank you, Sabrina. Curt the maintenance guy came and they had to replace a few things. They completed the job in hours. I was so pleased. Thank you all for doing your jobs!"

"If your looking for a place to live that is price reasonable, quiet, with well kept grounds, and has an excellent property management team, Pangea Pines is the right place for you. I have been living at Pangea for about 3 years and I have not one complaint. The maintenance team has been very responsive whenever I may need them which is hardly ever. I am most impressed with the way this complex has maintained and showed extreme compassion towards their tenants throughout the entire pandemic. Monique Davis the Regional Manager has been one of the best Mangers I have ever experienced throughout my entire leasing journey. She is dedicated to ensuring that not only are the needs of the company met but also the needs of the tenants. She is very responsive, understanding and accommodating. Let’s just say, I am still here because of her! Thank you Ms Davis for all that you do to create an awesome living experience at Pangea"
