"I came in to assist a family member with applying for an apartment. I will say my experience was great overall. The young lady Tiara was so helpful and answered all of our questions. She made an exhausting process much easier. I would have given 5 stars, however the price of these units are overpriced. I would give 5 stars for customer service for sure."

I verified the info on Apartment Search, reviewed the reviews and came out for a showing. When I tell you Tiara was a joy to work with I absolutely mean it. Even when it seemed like I was getting the run around she hung in there with me. She didn't match my frustration rather she composed herself and stayed the course. "My friend and I lived at Park Crescent Apartments for two years in a renovated roommate style unit. This was our first time ever renting and it was such a smooth process, thanks to Kishawna (I believe that's her name) she's always been the most helpful and nicest one in the leasing office). For the price we paid monthly, it was definitely worth it. The inside of the apartment is nicely designed and spacious. We also liked the new package system because it notifies you when the mail carrier has placed your item(s) in a locker and it helps to prevent stolen packages. Another great amenity about this place is the on-site maintenance. The maintenance guy is so sweet, nice, and helpful, every single time we placed a request he was prompt and fixed the issue with no hassle (he knows his stuff!!). The ONLY thing we did not like about living here is how thin the walls were. You literally can hear everything going on above, below, or to the side of you. Other than that, no pest or mice issues, totally would recommend."
