"Most irresponsible management I have ever encountered. Emergency maintenance takes 40 min to answer. They say they’ll come, but it’s been five days, and they still haven’t come. My tub keeps flooding my bathroom. When I have managed to get them to come, they fix one thing and ruin 3. Maintenance is just so lazy. I’ve had the same cabinet fixed like four times. It’s not rocket science likeeee, please just fix it for good. It’s not fair to be paying for a place where I can’t even shower or do my dishes. AND THE EMAIL THEY KEEP TELLING US TO EMAIL DOESN'T RESPOND EITHER!!!!"

"This review is more about their leasing office! I had the pleasure of working with Megan. She was very helpful, explained everything in details and never rushed anything. Usually in an apartment they try to rush you to get other clients but not the case here atleast with her. Even after I got the apartment she’s willing to take her time and help you, hard to find that theses days and especially not in an apartment leasing office. Professionalism at its best! The apartment is good so far with minor issues which are already been looked at."

"Moved in a little over a month ago. Kitchen is updated, walls are thin I can hear my neighbor on the phone, I can hear their tv and every word they say and every move they make. Dirty neighbors, one working washer machine in my building. The broken one has some kind of organism swimming in water that’s been there since my move in day. Disgusting hallway, papers used to hold the door open. Also, roaches a week within moving in. I will NOT be renewing my lease."

"Ever since I transferred to my two bedroom apartment l have calling everyday about something wrong in this apartment. I moved in on June 13th and it is now July 17th and nothing has yet fixed. I will say they did reglaze the tub it was done two days of me moving in. But it took them a whole to come back too finish the so l could use the tub. Also their DOG policy is horrible, they let any size dog in their apts. I would never refer anyone to Henderson Webb/ Tall Oaks. They also had the nerve to send my a notice about one key; it was for $ 9.97 and the it said if l didn't pay they where going to their Lawyers, over $ 9.97 but l can't get my air conditioner fixed which been out for 5 days now."
